Peugeot has announced pricing for 2013 Peugeot 208 GTI. which goes on sale across the UK in March priced from 18,895 GBP. Peugeot finally revealed the 208 GTi – the car they hope will add the same sort of gloss to the new 208 range as the 205 GTi did back in the day – at the Paris Motor Show in September last year, and with order books soon to be open they’ve now given the 208 GTi a price. The Peugeot 208 GTI will get standard items such as the parking sensors, the digital radio, the LED lights and the 17-inch alloy wheels. Inside it gets leather & cloth upholstery, aluminum pedals and gear knob, sport seats, rear parking sensors and DAB radio. The model gets a turbocharged 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine with 200bhp and 288NM of torque, which is 20bhp more than the Ford but 15Nm of torque less than the Fiesta produces on overboost. The 208 GTi will reach 62mph in 6.8 seconds and CO2 output is 139g/km.
