1. Inspect the windshield frame. If it has dents, cuts or corrosion, get it repaired. The new windshield will not bond to a bent frame. 2. Lay down vinyl drop cloths over the hood and dashboard. Windshields are made from safety glass, and if it is hit, it can shatter in many small pieces. 3. Remove the wiper blades and arms with a screwdriver. 4. Remove the rubber trim. Insert the screwdriver under the trim. Lift and pull the trim completely off the car. 5. Break the caulk by cutting around the windshield with a razor blade. 6. Remove the windshield. Insert the pry bar under the windshield. Gently pry the glass up. Go around the entire windshield slowly. An assistant can help you lift the glass out of the car. 7. Sand the mounting surface and new windshield. Sand the entire area of the mounting surface. Apply your bonding agent to the windshield frame. How to Replace the O2 Sensor on the ML320

1. Raise the front of your ML320 with a jack then position a set of jack stands under the frame to support the car. Lower the jack until the car is resting securely on the jack stands. Remove the jack from under the car. 2. Position yourself under the car just behind the front wheels. Locate the catalytic converters in the exhaust system then select the sensor you need to change. There are two in front of the converters and two behind them. 3. Follow the wiring harness coming out of the top of the O2 sensor to the connector where the sensor wires and the cars wiring harness join. Release the locking tab and separate the connectors. 4. Place an O2 sensor socket over the sensor then turn it counterclockwise with a ratchet, removing the sensor from the exhaust pipe. Discard the old sensor and install a new sensor in the threaded hole on the exhaust, tightening it with the O2 sensor socket and ratchet. 5. How to Replace Lost BMW Car Keys

1. Visit the BMW dealership in your area (See Resources). 2. Provide the dealership with the 17-character vehicle identification number of your BMW. The location of BMW vehicle identification numbers can vary, but are usually located on the door frame, dashboard or steering column. 3. Provide the dealership with identification and proof of vehicle ownership; a valid drivers license, car title and vehicle registration is sufficient. 4. Pay the applicable key replacement fee to have the service manager at your local BMW dealership order a new key for your vehicle. 5. Wait for a call from the BMW dealership notifying you that your replacement key has arrived. Pick up your replacement key from the dealership or ask the dealership service manager to mail it to you.

How to Replace a Battery in a Mercedes ML430

1. Pop the hood. Locate the battery at the rear of the engine bay. Push down the black tab on the top of the battery with your thumb, then pull it out of the strap. Press down on the metal strap to unhook it at the base of the battery tray. 2. Pull off the rubber strip around the perimeter of the battery. Unbolt the guard at the base of the positive terminal using a 3/8-inch ratchet and socket. 3. Locate the battery surround, which is the steel tray running around the perimeter of the battery. Push down on the battery surround using your hands, then lift it up and out of the engine compartment. Unbolt the battery terminals from the battery using an open-end wrench. Lift the battery out. 4. Set the replacement battery in the engine compartment. Reconnect the battery terminals with an open-end wrench, starting with the positive terminal, then finishing with the negative. 1. Loosen the appropriate wheel with a tire wrench by turning the lug nuts a quarter turn counterclockwise. 2. Engage the emergency brake. 3. Jack up the front of the Mercedes using the front jack points and place the jack stands under the pinch welds in the front of the car. Lower the Mercedes onto the jack stands. 4. Finish removing the lug nuts and pull the wheel off. 5. Remove the spindle nut using the the spindle nut socket and an impact wrench. 6. Remove both of the caliper mounting bolts on the brake caliper and secure the caliper to the coil springs above the hub assembly using zip ties. 7. Pull the brake rotor off. 8. Place the floor jack under the lower control arm lift up on the arm to remove the load from the upper mounting nuts. 9. Remove the bolts holding the brake hose mounting bracket in place. 10.
